Yes, you have the option of adding customized questions to the initial RSVP form. Since RippleMatch asks for their basic information (major, school, GPA, grad date, etc), we only recommend adding questions specifically related to your event, open positions, or company.
You can add questions as optional or required for a candidate to complete before being able to submit their RSVP to your event.
There are pre-populated questions you can select from or you can add your own customized questions in any format. For example, you may choose to add questions like:
Which of the following roles are you interested in?
Have you previously applied to any roles at our company?
What are you hoping to learn from this event?
What is your t-shirt size?
