Setting an event's Visibility to Public allows RippleMatch candidates to find your events through the platform on the For You Page (RippleMatch automatically markets the event to candidates who match the algorithm that you set up) and on your Company Branded Page as they are discovering your company. For a public event, you should still source candidates directly through RippleMatch and share Tracking Links with your network.

Private events will only be seen by candidates who receive the specific event link. This includes you sharing a Tracking Link or you inviting candidates directly through RippleMatch. If you have not yet invited anyone or shared a tracking link, the event will only be viewable by your team internally.
