Before accepting your matches, you might want to edit the connection email that goes out when you accept a candidate. You can customize the messaging contained in these emails, or even add another person to the email. These emails can be unique to every role that you have on our platform!

Here's a step-by-step guide to customize these emails.

  1. Navigate to your Email Templates page. You can either click on the provided link, or hover over your profile in the top right corner.
  2. Select the template that you want to edit from the dropdown. You will see a different one for every role!
  3. Edit the email template. Make sure to test the new template so that the formatting is correct! The test button will send an email directly to your inbox.
  4. Add the other members of your team that should be included on the connection. Simply click the checkbox next to their email address to include them, but make sure you hit 'Save' so that your answers are recorded.

That's it! You can always go back and edit your preferences.
