About the iCIMS Integration

Our iCIMS integration allows for candidate data to be pushed from RippleMatch into iCIMS and may include fields such as name, email, phone number, resume, portfolio, source, and a link to the candidate's RippleMatch profile

Integrating iCIMS

In order to set up your iCIMS integration, you will need to do three things:

  • Generate Integration Credentials

  • Gather Req IDs

  • Integrate in RippleMatch

The steps below will walk you through the process necessary to successfully complete your iCIMS integration.

Step 1: Generating Integration Credentials

To access an iCIMS API, you must obtain identity credentials. If your service does not have a client_id and client_secret, you will have to:

  1. Request credentials from your organization’s iCIMS Integration Specialist

  2. Obtain authorized credentials from the Integration Specialist securely through email

  3. Use the authorized credentials to access the iCIMS API

Note: You'll want to ensure that the credentials are set up for oAuth.

Step 2: Gather Req IDs

While you're in iCIMS, navigate to one of your active roles and select the role. Copy and save the Req ID which is found in the top-left corner and typically follows after 'YEAR - '. For example, the Req ID in the below screenshot would be 1161.

Repeat Step 2 for each of your active roles. Save all of the the Req IDs for a future step.

Step 3: Integrate in RippleMatch

Log in to RippleMatch. Click the menu on the top right-hand corner. Click Integrations. In the iCIMS section, click Sync Account.

Enter the iCIMS Integration Credentials you created in Step 1.

Click Save and Continue. Next, map the roles on RippleMatch to your roles in iCIMS using the Job IDs you saved from Step 2. Then click Submit.

Once you've completed these steps, your iCIMS integration is all set and you now have a fully functional integration. As always, please reach out to our team if you need any assistance.
