Absolutely! Not only will you have feedback calls with your customer success manager, during which you can discuss any tweaks you’d like to see, but you can actually go in and edit the role yourself. Click on the role you would like to edit, and then click the pencil icon at the top-right corner. Keep in mind if you are making any large changes to your AutoMatch algorithm, it might be a good idea to reach out to your customer success manager and let them know.
Any changes that are made should typically be reflected in the following week’s group of matches.
