We know it takes a team to make the dream work so each time you have new candidates ready for review, your Customer Success Manager will email you to let you know. This way you won’t have to worry about checking your account every day.
Additionally, for each role created, you will complete a Program Qualification document, where you can indicate an estimate of how many candidates you would like to see on a weekly basis. You can also work with your Customer Success Manager to figure out the best candidate delivery cadence that fits your schedule.
You can either receive candidates on a rolling basis or on a specific day/time of the week.
Rolling Basis - As candidates apply they will appear in your dashboard to review. You won't have to worry about checking your account every day but setting a weekly review is highly recommended.
Weekly Basis - When a new role is created, your Customer Success Manager will work with you to choose which day of the week and time you would like to receive your matches. Ideally, you would receive new matches on the same day that you plan to review them.
