When you want to move forward with a candidate, you’ll click the Get Introduced button. That will trigger an automatic email from your account manager, CC’ing both you and the candidate. This email lets the candidate know you’d like to move forward with their candidacy and indicates next steps in the process, which is usually a first round interview.
