You can reject that candidate and select the reason as ‘candidate has already been in contact with me’. If you’d prefer, you can reject them without an email by clicking on the carrot on the right side of the button and selecting ‘no rejection email’. We also recommend letting that candidate know you saw them on RippleMatch and to continue in your process separately, if they’re still in your process.
This doesn’t tend to happen often, but if this is happening a lot, you can let your account manager know. Your account manager can find a more permanent solution to resolve the issue.
