Our system is designed to feed candidates into your existing recruitment process, so if you’re rejecting a candidate after they have been introduced to you, you can handle that communication how you normally would through your ATS or another standard method.

If you prefer, you also have the option to reject them through the platform. You can take this action by selecting a candidate in the "Track" section of RippleMatch.

Clicking the "Reject" button will trigger an email to be sent to the candidate letting them know your decision. To view all rejected candidates, click "View Rejected" on the upper right-hand side of the dashboard.
