Our system is designed to feed candidates into your existing recruitment process, so if you’re rejecting a candidate after they have been introduced to you, you can handle that communication how you normally would through your ATS or other standard method.

If you prefer, you also have the option to reject them through the platform. You can take this action by selecting a candidate in the Track section of RippleMatch.

Clicking the large Reject button without choosing from the dropdown menu will not trigger an email to be sent, in order to avoid duplicate rejection emails. Instead, to send a rejection email through the platform, use the carrot to the right of the button to open a dropdown menu. From that menu, you can choose to send a rejection email immediately or one day later.

If you would simply like to move the candidate out of your Track section without sending a rejection email, click the large Reject button to send the candidate to the Reject folder.
