While having your roles on RippleMatch is the best option for consistency and reporting purposes, you can send applications for positions whether or not they are on AutoMatch.
When you invite candidates to apply to a role, you can choose from roles you already have listed on RippleMatch (which will direct candidates to enter the application process for your role on the platform) and new roles not listed on the platform. If you are inviting candidates to a role not listed on RippleMatch, you will be prompted to supply an application link to send to the selected students.
