Once you’ve filtered a particular group of candidates, you can click 'Select All' on the displayed candidates. From there, you have the options to select:
Send Application - This allows you to invite candidates to apply to one of your roles, if your applications are open. Once a candidate applies to your role, they will be given a fit score and in your review feed
Send Email - An email modal will appear, where you can draft and send a customized email with any information you'd like. You can send as many emails on whatever timeline you'd like
Invite to Interview- Coming soon, the ability to invite candidates to schedule an interview with someone on your team
More... - You can choose from the following options:
Export CSV - A variety of data points about each candidate will be emailed to you
Download Documents - Download selected candidates' resumes or portfolios
Add to Community - You can add selected candidates to an existing community.
