Most of the companies hiring through RippleMatch are seeking current students, which includes undergraduates (freshman through seniors), Masters, MBA, or PhD candidates.
Some companies on RippleMatch are seeking recent graduates with 0-5 years of work experience.
We primarily work with companies hiring in the U.S., but this may change in the future.
Some companies hiring on RippleMatch will provide visa sponsorship for international students.
