To check candidates in for a virtual event, use one of the two Check-in options at the top of your event management page.

  1. Select "View Check-in Instructions” for QR Code. This will open a unique code for your specific event, which you can ask candidates to scan on their phone.

  2. Select “Copy Check-in Link” for a copy and paste option. This will copy a check-in link, which you can share with candidates in a chat box which candidates can enter a web browser.

In either case, candidates will use the QR code or link to complete a 15 second sign-up! This step is essential to collecting candidates’ data so that you can later track analytics, follow up with emails or job applications, and keep all data from your events in one place.
