Great question! When curating your RippleMatch profile, keep in mind that you want to put your best foot forward. You are not required to add a profile photo by any means, but please use the guidelines below if you do!

  1. The best type of photo to use for your profile, will be a professional photo of your face like you would use for LinkedIn or other networking websites. It's great for recruiters to be able to put a face to the name and goes a long way!

  2. If you choose to not upload a photo with your face in it, please make sure the photo is appropriate. Keep in mind recruiters are looking at your profile and evaluating if you are a fit for their job, so make sure that the picture is something you would want them to see.

    1. We have some images below you can save and use if you would like

      1. Right-click and Save the image to upload to your profile

  3. Make sure the photo is clear and not blurry
