Great question! When curating your RippleMatch profile, keep in mind that you want to put your best foot forward. You are not required to add a profile photo by any means, but please use the guidelines below if you do!
The best type of photo to use for your profile, will be a professional photo of your face like you would use for LinkedIn or other networking websites. It's great for recruiters to be able to put a face to the name and goes a long way!
If you choose to not upload a photo with your face in it, please make sure the photo is appropriate. Keep in mind recruiters are looking at your profile and evaluating if you are a fit for their job, so make sure that the picture is something you would want them to see.
